Born in Norway, Rose has lived and work in Sweden for more than 25 years. Rose is an examined and formally trained rider and has graduated from Strömsholm. Presently Rose is part of the Swedish National A-Team and part of the Swedish Olympic Committee’s ‘Rio Project’, potentially securing medals for Sweden at the next Olympic games.

Together with her husband Per Runesson, Rose runs Gränsbo Stud. Here she educates riders and horses. Amongst the many horses Rose has educated and competed successfully, is the SWB Licensed stallion ​​Bocelli, an outstanding example of Rose’s ability to bring young horses from A-level dressage up to Grand Prix with horsemanship insights, outstanding rider skills and ample amounts of patience. Rose is trained by her husband Per and Kyra Kyrklund, as a team member of Knytkalaset.

Rose gives weekly training sessions at Gränsbo Stuteri, and it is also possible to travel for weekend clinic sessions with a stay at Gränsbo for horse and rider. Rose also takes horses in for training. Some of them with the purpose of sale.

Rose also develops saddles for the famous italian saddle producer; EQUIPE Saddles. Her first signature saddle was called Rose, and the recent one called Bocelli. In Sweden Rose is a specialist measurer for saddle fitting with EQUIPE and responsible for their distribution.
